Purchasing Guidelines for Security Cameras
- All requests for security cameras/alarms or repairs must be processed through Public Safety.
- Fill out and submit the Camera/Alarm Request Form to Donna Jackson (270-809-5076).
- Public Safety will consult with Information Systems, Facilities Management, and/or Security Vendor.
- The Request will be sent to the security camera vendor (Premier Fire) for a cost estimate.
- Vendor will send estimate to Public Safety who will then forward to the department for approval. The department must send the signed quote to Public Safety indicating approval, along with a requisition.
