Donated Equipment (Gift-In-Kind)

• Tangible property donated to the University will not be accepted until a Notification of Proposed In-Kind Donation Form is filled out and has the required signatures.
• To obtain the Notification of Proposed In-Kind Donation Form, contact the Office of Development at 877-282-0033 or 270-809-3001.
• Inventory Control is notified by Accounting when the item(s) are transferred from the MSU Foundation. (This includes items bought with Foundation Chart 2 Funds)
