If the text that is supposed to be a link is not actually functioning as a link, check:
  • Did you insert at least one space between the element and the attribute?
  • Did you spell the attribute correctly?   A common error is to accidentally write herf rather than href.
  • Is your link written correctly?  A link is written as:
      <a href="path_to_file">Text User Clicks</a>
