Philosophy of Workplace Safety

ADR Sealants/Adhesives has a vital interest in providing a safe work environment for its employees and has assigned a special priority to its Safety and Health Program. Our belief is that taking steps to safeguard our work environment can prevent all injuries and occupational illnesses. All levels of management share ADR's commitment to workplace safety, ADR expects all employees to have similar dedication. This commitment is strengthened by accident prevention training, safety-engineering programs and by requiring adherence to safe work practices as a condition of employment at ADR.

Employees are expected to adhere to all laws and regulations designed to ensure safe working conditions. Employees at ADR must perform their respective jobs in a safe manner. ADR shall not tolerate drug or alcohol abuse. Employees should be attentive to the presence of any work conditions or unsafe acts and promptly report any actions to your immediate supervisor or your locations safety director.
