Research Award

The purpose of this grant is to encourage research by Delta Epsilon members;

thus, advancing knowledge in the area of nursing science.

Any member may apply for an unrestricted grant award to support a research project.

The applicant must submit a letter of request, along with the grant application (see below).

The Delta Epsilon board will determine recipients from the application pool.

The chapter traditionally funds one to two projects each year with the amount

funded based upon the chapter budget.

Recipients of the research award are expected to present research findings

at an induction ceremony following the completion of the research.

Applications are accepted twice a year with

deadlines for spring, June 1 and winter, December 1.
