this is my artist statement.I began drawing at a very young age. I enjoy art work because it allows me to express my emotions whether, through drawing with charcoal, using brush strokes or drawing with a pen or pencil. In college I learned the basics and then I was off to the United States Marines. After leaving the Marine Corps,I continued to do freelance work.I enjoy throwing pottery and learning to control the movement of the clay.I am learning to bring my present wisdom and knowledge into my future work.
