BRUSCHETTA

bruschetta

INGREDIENTS

2 medium-sized ripe tomatoes, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh basil, minced
3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/8 tsp kosher salt
2 15"-16" baguettes

DIRECTIONS

Bake baguette slices in 400 F oven until lightly toasted.  Mix all other ingredients togehter.
  Spoon mixture onto baguette evenly.  Serve while still hot.
