Home,
12/18 (last message) The course is over and the grades are in! You can see all the statistics on the "scores and docs" page including the distribution of the final grades. All the solutions to our exams and joysheets are there, too. I enjoyed teaching this course - special thanks to students who participated in class discussion - you always make my job easier and more enjoyable! Have a wonderful break!
Home, 12/7 If you took exam 5, you should have received your grade by now. You can retreive the exam and Joysheet 11 at my office on Monday. The final exam is on Tuesday at 8:00AM in our usual classroom. It will cover everything we did this semester and will have 6 pages with questions similar to the ones on our five exams. Thus, the best first step in studying for the final is to make sure you can do all the problems on the exams we had so far. (Solutions to exam 5 will be posted on Monday.) If you find you have trouble with some questions, you can review the corresponding section. If you need to see me, here are my office hours for finals week: Monday 10:00-3:00,
Tuesday 11:00-2:00, Wednesday 10:00-3:00, Thursday 10:00-1:30
