How can I add students to my course?
Students are automatically enrolled into Blackboard courses during the week prior to the first day of classes. If you do not wish for students to be enrolled in your course, you must notify the Blackboard Administrator at e.study@murraystate.edu. Students will continue to be added automatically for several days as they are properly enrolled with the Admissions/Registrars Office.
If a student drops my class will they be automatically removed?
No. The Blackboard system does not remove students from courses. The instructor can manually remove a student from a course through the Control Panel by clicking on Remove Users in the User Management area. Please be advised this process is not reversible! A student’s data cannot be retrieved after they have been removed.
