- Meets two to three times a semester and in the summer
- Tour campus every semester (at night) to address lighting needs

- Assistant Director for Safety, Facilities Management
- Foreman, Electricians/Elevators
- Director for Counseling & Testing
- Assistant Director for Health Services
- Coordinator of Adult Student Services
- SGA Representative
- RCA Representative
- International Student Representative
- Discuss safety issues, concerns, needs, recommendations
