Dr. Bogal-Allbritten was asked to check with the Registrar to see if a more generic prefix is available. Questions were also raised as to whether the course should count toward graduation and whether it should be an 098 course. Under Item III, the word "than" should be changed to "that" and the word "that"should be changed to "which".

Under Items III and IV, the word "foodservice" should be separated. Questions were raised as to how this course differs from a co-op course and whether it changes the program. It was also questioned as to whether the course was to be a substitution for another course. In addition, there should be some clarification on the clock hours required. The first reading was approved pending clarification of these issues before the second reading. It was also requested that Kathy Timmons attend the second reading to answer any additional questions that might arise.
