Today we made great progress in learning more about robotics! First, we had a campfire meeting to review what we had done already. Then we explored the use of pulleys, gears, and cams. Then we learned a little bit about tilt and motion sensors. We worked on several different models related to the theme of "Wild Animals" and tried out many ways to use our motors and sensors. Our models included "Hungry Alligator," Roaring Lion," and "Flying Bird." They were so cool!! The computer also gave us some sounds to go with our models! Tomorrow, we will continue learning more about the use of sensors.
