Bump-N-Go, Paper Pusher, and Zig Zag were the challenging events campers used
their construction and programming skills to complete today. Zig Zag
required two motors to maneuver through an obstacle course where campers had to
apply their building skills. Next, teams were introduced to the touch sensors
and the remote control. The touch sensors allowed campers to bump their robots
into objects to trigger steps in their robot programs while the remote control
was used to complete the challenging task of moving wads of paper to a specific
location.
Teams learned a variety of skills all in preparation for the Robot Derby events
to be held on Day Five. Stay tuned!
