Getting started! Today we met each other, formed teams, and got to work. Our first challenge was called "Coast for the Most." We had to design and build a LEGO car that had at least three wheels and one passenger that would coast as far as possible after going down a long ramp. Later, we added a bridge to the whole thing. From this, we learned good building techniques and how to reduce friction in our cars. This will be helpful when we build our robotic vehicles later in the camp.
