Dr. Joe Fuhrmann

Dr. Joe Fuhrmann, Professor of History, received the 2004 Distinguished Researcher Award form the Murray State Alumni Association. Dr. Fuhrmann received his Ph.D. in Russian History from Indiana University in 1968. He has been at Murray State since 1978 and his research interests are in the areas of Rasputin and other aspects of Russian history. He is the author of numerous books and articles on these subjects.
