In honor of his leadership as club President and for his efforts to further the goals of the Murray State University Amateur Radio Club for many 
years, including coordination work with emergency response agencies, service as Field Day Chairman and as a Volunteer Examiner, and for 
achievement of the Amateur Extra Class license.
