Rooms have been reserved at a conference rate of $134 plus tax of 9.25% for a single, double, triple or quad room. After February 10, 2006 , reservations will be accepted on an availability basis.   Please advise your attendees to call the hotel directly and mention that they are attending the Beta Alpha Psi Regional Meeting.   This will ensure that they receive the preferred group rate.   Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.   All room, tax, and incidental charges will be the responsibility of the individual.   Individuals must render payment in full at the front desk upon checkout.   Please utilize this hotel to help us meet our room guarantee and keep the overall cost for these conferences to a minimum.

From Nashville Metropolitan Airport

Take Interstate 40 West toward Nashville.  Continue to the Church Street exit (exit 209). Turn right onto Church Street and continue to 7th Avenue. Turn left on 7th Avenue and proceed to the parking garage located 1/2 block down on the right.

From North

Take Interstate 65 South to the Church Street exit (exit 209B). Turn left onto Church Street and continue to 7th Avenue. Turn left on 7th Avenue and continue to the parking garage located  1/2 block down on the right.

From West

Take Interstate 40 East towards Nashville.  Take the Church Street exit (exit 209B) and turn left onto Church Street.  Continue to 7th Avenue and turn left. The parking garage is 1/2 block down on the right.

From South

Take Interstate 65 North towards Nashville. Continue to the Church Street exit (exit 209) and turn right onto Church Street. Continue to 7th Avenue and turn left. The parking garage is 1/2 block down on the right.
