1 October 2008 Meeting Notes -

1. By unanimous vote of General Assembly, upon the recommendation of the Executive Board, the Constitution's requirements for

candidates for office have been amended.

2. Allison Jones has been selected as this year's Kentucky Fairness Alliance Out & About delegate.

3. The following positions need to be filled for members in charge of the dinner:

Ticket Sales Coordinator

Marketing Director

Programming Planning Team

Entertainment Coordinator

Budget Director

Email anthony.jones@murraystate.edu if interested in any of these positions!

4. Pizza was served, and it was generally decided that it was tasty and delicious.

5. The Faculty Hall Freeheld scroll was completed. Special thanks goes out to our very talented members for creating one of, if not, the

best scroll/banner Alliance has ever made!
