1. Why would you like to serve on Staff Congress?
I wold like to serve on Staff Congress because I have a desire to be a catalyst for inclusion by using my professional experience, educational background and ministry practice to promote healthy, creative and professional relationships. My personal motto is that we are "Diverse by Design....Inclusive by Choice...We are Racers."

2. Please list work experience and community involvement.
As an employee at MSU my primary responsibilities include acting as a liaison between the students, professors,the Student Teacher Coordinator, and Director of TES by maintaining up to date list of students who plan to Student Teacher for the current and upcoming semesters including the Main campus and the four 2+2 Sites. Maintaining COE database and staying current on program changes and state requirements established by the Kentucky Professional Standards Board; and relaying those modifications to the students; so that our future educators are prepared for their Co-Teaching Experience. I have served as Client Services Director for LifeHouse pregnancy care center for over five years and worked for national companies such as Toys R Us, Guthy-Renker, and Proflowers as an Independent Contractor. I have served my community faithfully. I am a MISD volunteer and have served in a various capacities since 2004. I served as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) volunteer from 2011-2014, and presently a MSU BFSA member and a Murray State University CERT (Campus Emergency Response Team) member.
