Marion Hale

1. Why would you like to serve on Staff Congress?
I would like to continue to serve on Staff Congress so that I may represent the interests of the staff in University matters. I think it is very important for the staff to have a voice and that voice to be heard. I believe as we all work together, we will continue to make this the best place to work in our region.

2. Please list work experience and community involvement.
My work experience is as follows: Administrative Assistant at Murray State, Executive Assistant at Ellis Popcorn, Legal Assistant at Overbey Law Firm and Senior Clerk at Fisher-Price Toys. I worked as a student employee at MSU while attending classes and at various summer jobs. I am member of Grace Baptist Church serving as Sunday School secretary and in the choir. I am also a member of the Murray Woman's Club Music Department. I am a long-time member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals having served as state and local officer.
