1. Why would you like to serve on Staff Congress?
As a newer staff member I have quickly come to realize how important it is to be involved in forums that allow for discussion, collaboration, and cooperation between campus entities. As an isolated unit or an isolated staff member, it is very difficult to influence or impact the campus. However, when collaboration exists great things are accomplished. I believe that Staff Congress plays a vital role in representing the collaborative voice of the Murray State University Staff and I would consider being a part of that effort a great honor.
