Beta Phi General Meeting Minutes
for December
2, 1999 President:
Kevin
Clouse wished everyone had a good Thanksgiving break. He says it has been a
pleasure being the President and a member of Gamma Beta Phi. He wishes the best
of luck to the new President, and he thanks everyone who makes this organization
what it is. Corresponding Secretary: Casey Johnson thanks everyone who was involved with the hospital trip on Wednesday. Quite a few members received points, and more importantly, many older people were brightened by the trip. All of you involved showed how special you are on Wednesday and in the last few weeks. Next semester, I wish for even more success with the project. Recording
Secretary: Doug Cecil notes that the end of the semester is coming soon so be sure
to get all of your required points. Remember that you need 15 points if you live
in Calloway County, and you need 10 points if you do not. The network is still
down in the dorms so he has been unable to check e-mail or update the points
onto the webpage. Thanks for being patient, and he will get to your e-mails and
the webpage as soon as possible. Also, remember that if you do not get the
necessary points for this semester then you can make them up in the next
semester. Public
Relations:
Kristy Kilcoyne announced that the Christmas Party will be Tuesday, December 7th
at 7:30 at Pagliai’s. If you wish to participate in the Chinese Auction,
please bring a $5.00 gift. Hope to see you there. Election
