Meeting Minutes for 11/08/07

PRESIDENT

• Graduates need to email me if you are graduating in Dec of 07 or May of 08. We will be ordering stoles for anyone who is interested. We will pay half the cost and you will pay the rest
• T-shirts – we will be ordering t-shirts so please email casey.helton@murraystate.edu if you would like one. Please indicate your size so that we may have an idea of how much to order.
• We will have an updated point list coming soon. Please remember that you must have all of your points by the end of this semester which leaves you with a month to get them in.
• The idea was brough up to buy an article in the gateway magazine. We can buy one as big or as small as we want
• The email issue was addressed, and it was brought to my attention that people were not receiving emails.

VICE PRESIDENT

• Please remember that john.osting@murraystate.edu will be needing tutors especially at this time with finals week approaching. You can make all of you points by doing this. You will need John to sign a verification report!

POINT opportunity

• Sat Nov 17 th we will be volunteering again for First
  Baptist Church Murray in partnership with Angel Food ministries (
  http://www.angelfoodministries.com/ ) This is a
  good points opportunity since each shift is worth 3 points (max of 6
  point for the day).
  
  There are two times that we need volunteers 8:00 - 11:00 am and 12:30
  - 3:30 pm. FBC has asked us to let them know how many people we can
  bring. So, if you are planning on coming please email Michael Siebold
  ( fhlunatic@gmail.com) and let him know which shift(s) you can work.
  
  Please keep in mind that you must be active, meaning you must receive all of you points for the semester! We are keeping track of this and we will be putting people on probation for not receiving the designated amount of points for the semester.
