myGate - Human Resources Training
The following HR Training has been developed to assist employees as time and leave reporting moves online. All training will be held in Alexander Hall Room AL 240 from December 8 to December 11, 2008. See descriptions below to determine which session(s) you should attend. ATTENTION APPROVERS: If you currently sign paper time cards or approve sick/leave time, please find your name in the approvers list by clicking here. Verify that those names listed below your name are employees for which you currently sign time sheets. Also scroll across to the column called Proxy to verify that your proxy is correct. Employees that report their time using the Kronos timekeeping system are not included in this schedule. If your employee list is incorrect, please e-mail any changes to Stephanie in Payroll at stephanie.jenninges@murraystate.edu by Monday at 4PM, December 8, 2008.

GEN - General information session. All employess would benefit from this session as topics include benefits review, pay information, etc.
WTE - Web Time Entry. All employees who currently fill-out time cards should attend. Appovers and supervisors may also need this information in addition to the Approvals information to help new employees and students with the payroll process.
APP - Approvals. All employees responsible for approving time cards and their alternate approvers should attend.
LR - Leave Reports. All monthy employees should attend. Administrative staff may also benefit from this information as they assist employees in their departments.
