Login to Self-Service Banner (SSB)

Login to the Production SSB site with your user ID (ex. JDOE). Your User ID is ALL CAPS.

• Your password (PIN) must be 6 numbers.
• If you forget your password (PIN), contact Karen Dowdy at 809-5395 for myGate Support. Proper identification must be provided to request a password (SSB PIN) reset.

Login to Internet Native Banner (INB)

Login to the Production INB site with your user ID (ex. JDOE). Your User ID is not case sensitive.

• This password has a minimum of 8 characters.
• At least one character must be a number.
• At least one character must be a special character. Acceptable characters are ! % * + - / : ? _
• If you forget your password, contact Karen Dowdy at 809-5395 for myGate Support. Proper identification must be provided to request a password reset.

e~Print

To access Banner reports, enter your current INB User ID and Password.  To access FRS reports, enter your User ID and Password that you have always used for e~Print.
