Creating Your Signature Message
This feature sends a constant "message" or signature at the bottom of each email message you compose.
- Click on the Settings tab in Webmail.

- Click on the Options link.
- Place your cursor in the box next to Signature.
- Type the desired text that you want to automatically be sent with your outgoing mail.
Note: Keep in mind that your signature should be short, usually only including your contact information.
- Click on the Save button near the top of the page to save changes.
