Creating Your Signature Message

 

This feature sends a constant "message" or signature at the bottom of each email message you compose.

  1. Click on the Settings tab in Webmail.

  2. Click on the Options link.
  3. Place your cursor in the box next to Signature.
  4. Type the desired text that you want to automatically be sent with your outgoing mail.

    Note: Keep in mind that your signature should be short, usually only including your contact information.

  5. Click on the Save button near the top of the page to save changes.
