Managing Your Pop-up Blocker

If you are not able to create, forward, or reply to a message, that is a good indication that a pop-up blocker is installed on your machine. You must disable the pop-up blocker. You may trying holding down the [Ctrl] key or the [Shift] key while clicking on the link. Many commercial pop-up blockers use these commands to open a blocked window.

Google toolbar

Mozilla web browser

You may be able to open new messages in Webmail even with the pop-up blocker turned on, but you will not be able to create, forward or reply to a message until you disable Mozilla's pop-up blocker. To change Mozilla's Pop-up Blocker preferences, select Tools > Popup Manager > Allow popups from this site.
