Changing Your Quarantined Messages Report

If you want to make adjustments to your e-mail account, you must be logged into the Murray State Modus Webmail client. Open the Webmail login page. A new window will open and you will not be redirected from this page.

Reports are generated whenever a message is blocked into Quarantine. These reports come from postmaster@murraystate.edu and cannot be blocked. The purpose of a report is to remind you to check the Quarantine area periodically to make sure that legitimate messages are not being filtered. The space occupied by Quarantined messages does not count toward the size limit placed on your e-mail account.

To learn how to set filters to block unwanted messages into Quarantine, visit Changing Your Anti-Spam Settings. To learn how to remove messages from Quarantine, visit Changing Your Quarantine Settings.
