After Hours Support
Beginning Monday, March 24, the University Helpdesk will offer extended hours through the end of the semester. New hours will be 8:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:00am to 5:00pm on Friday.
During the after-hours period (4:30pm to 7:00pm Mon-Thurs, 4:30pm to 5:00pm Friday), the Helpdesk will be closed to walk-ins, but will continue to offer support to users over the phone at 809-2346. If a question or problem cannot be answered over the phone, a work order will be placed and handled the next business day.
