How do I schedule a session?

If you are not using Blackboard and need an Elluminate Live! session, please contact CTLT at (270) 809-2535 during office hours.

Instructors using Blackboard: To create a session, login to your Blackboard course. In most cases, you will see an "Elluminate" button on the left-hand side of your screen. (If not, you will need to go to Control Panel > Manage Course Menu > + Tool Link and then choose "Elluminate Live! Manager" from the drop-down menu. After hitting submit, your button will now be in your course.)

 

After clicking the "Elluminate" button, you will be taken to the Elluminate Live! Manager. Click on the "Create Elluminate Live! Session" button. There you will set the parameters for your session. If you unsure of some of the settings, you can click on the ? in the upper right hand corner for more information.
