• Develops videos and other media content for faculty to use in the classroom and online
• Assists in software training and A/V consultation for faculty and staff

Hal Rice
Instructional Technology Consultant
• Explores emerging technology and its implications for educational use
• Assists in implementation of technology in the teaching and learning community
• Participates in the teaching and learning initiatives of CTLT
• Works with the Teaching Scholar-in-Residence Program at CTLT
• Assists the Director in managing the office

Sheri Riddle
Blackboard/Accounts Coordinator
• Offers email and Blackboard support
• Manages CTLT accounts
• Coordinates lunches for NFCC and other faculty events

Dena Rowe
Academic Systems Coordinator
Dena has provided customer service and technical support for email, Blackboard, and listservs at CTLT for the past 5 years. She will be leaving CTLT in September and will be greatly missed. Sheri Riddle and Laura Castleberry will be covering the email, Blackboard, and listserv questions and tasks.

• Oversees the Apex Center
