in the Classroom

Our theme this year is No Significant Difference? Weighing the Impact of Technology in the Classroom.
In recent years university faculty have been inundated by options for activities and products that promised to improve education. From teaching online to the use of PowerPoint, faculty have sought to improve teaching by employing these tools. Some of our early experiments have been successful, some have not. This year, the Teaching and Technology Forum will explore educational technologies with an eye to discovering what works and what does not.
