In this lesson you will learn how to completely shut down your computer every week. It is important to
shut down your computer to minimize the risk of having your computer invaded. An intruder cannot attack
your computer if it is not powered. Shutting down your computer prepares it to be turned off safely.

Important: Before shutting down your computer, close all programs that you have running.

To completely shut down your computer, do the following:
1. Go to Start
2. Select Shut Down
