Blitz Event 2008 for MSU Faculty and Staff
The Power of Visual Thinking: Teaching, Learning and Working
Two dates to select from: July 9, 2008 OR July 16, 2008
Hosted by the Center for Teaching, Learning & Technology, this one-day, two-session event will present strategies on using visual thinking and pictures to solve problems, give effective presentations, communicate ideas and transform information delivery in the classroom and in online environments.
The first session will be based on the book, The Back of the Napkin (Dan Roam, Penguin Group).
The second session will be based on the book, Beyond Bullet Points: Using Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007 to Create Presentations that Inform, Motivate and Inspire (Cliff Atkinson, Microsoft Press).
Plan to attend the Blitz Event on either July 9 OR July 16, 2008. Each day will follow the same agenda.

All sessions will be held in 3rd floor North Applied Science Building (in the CTLT classroom).
