Important Tips (for both Students and Instructors)

• Do not copy/paste from Microsoft Word directly into the Text Box Editor in Blackboard.
• Filenames must not contain special characters or spaces...only use letters, numbers, dash (-), or underscore (_).
• If a Course Menu (links to assignments, discussion board, etc.) has been hidden, users will only see Announcements when clicking into a course. Instructions for resolving this are here.
• We recommend that all users have access to at least two different browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc). If you experience a problem in one browser, please switch to another to see if it's specific to that first browser.
