Address
Changes
Students
and employees whose name, address, or any other pertinent information
changes
are requested to complete a Change of Address Form.
It
is important to keep MSU informed when your name, address, or any other
pertinent information changes. All
notices, information, and official correspondence are addressed to the
last
address
currently on record with the university.
Failure to have a current address on record with the university
shall
not be construed to invalidate any notices or correspondence.
NOTE: If
you are a MSU employee who is also a MSU student, you must complete
both
change of address forms
listed below. If you are a MSU student who is employed as a
student worker, you need to complete the student change of address form
only.
