CURRENT ACTIVITIES

• Serve as Vice-President of the Board of Directors for the Murray State University Federal Credit Union (served as President for ten years).

• Develop computerized financial control systems for businesses in the mid-western U.S.

• Serve as a consultant for the West Kentucky Small Business Development Center.

• Provide expert witness court testimony on valuation of businesses in Kentucky and Tennessee.

RECENT INTERNATIONAL ACTIVITIES

• Taught at the University of Regensburg (Regensburg, Germany) with sponsorship of MSU's Semester in Regensburg program (August - December, 1997 and August - October, 2004 ).

• Taught in Hong Kong through MSU's Master in Hong Kong Program (1996, 1999, & 2000).

• Taught in Krakow, Poland at Akademia Górniczo-Hutnicza (AGH), a leading Polish university (January, 2001, March, 2002, and May, 2007).

• Taught in Limassol, Cyprus in the MSU MBA in Cyprus program (June, 2006).
