| Bark is light gray, smooth plates, fissures not well defined. Can see under the bark. Leaves are rounded, 6-8 lobes, sinuses dissect 1/2 way to midrib. Underside lightest green of all white oaks. Note sun leaves are more dissected than shade leaves. |
