Rock Bass

Rarely over 10-11” long.  Thick-bodied sunfish, olive in color, most scales with dark spot.  Large mouth with red-rimmed eyes.  Most distinguishing characteristic is presence of 5-6 spines in anal fin (warmouth have only 3).
