services relating to a variety of issues including: the competitive
challenge from private label products, development of increased brand
loyalty among heavy users, capturing market share from competitors,
and service quality in retail channel systems.

- Kentucky Youth Advocates. Conducted focus groups regarding
children's issues.

- American Financial Skylink (a subsidiary of the American Bankers'
Association). Developed and assisted in the production of continuing
education programs that were broadcast to member banks.

- Kentucky Bankers' Association. Taught the marketing segment
of the Kenucky Bankers' Association General Banking School for its second
year students.

- KUPI. KUPI is a joint venture between South Central Bell,
Louisville Gas and Electric, and various other utility companies. Its
purpose is to provide services that protect underground utility cables
from damage by digging.] Provided advisory services relating to
the promotion of the "Call-Before-You-Dig" program.

- Republic Industries. Provided consulting services relating to
sales force compensation and motivational issues. Helped to revise
the compensation program for two of Republic's four divisions.

the design and teaching of business curriculum for medical residents
in the school's Family Practice program.

with Professors Subhash C. Lonial and P.S. Raju for the Office of the

of Louisville magazine and the extent to which various sections of the

to develop a validated research instrument designed to assess
service quality in the hospital environment. This research
instrument was used in the implementation and testing of a servicequality
model which has been designed to assist administrators in analyzing
factors inside the hospital which influence patients' service quality
perceptions.

pertaining to perceptions of the Eastern Kentucky University football
