Fundamentals of Management

Prerequisite:  at least Junior standing


 

Course Description:  The fundamental concepts, relationships, and principles of managing organized activities are studied.  Special emphasis is given to human behavior in organized systems, with attention to interpersonal relations, group processed and philosophy of managing human resources effectively.
