The course is over and the grades are in! You can view the statistics on all the exams and the final grades on the usual page. Keep in mind that final exam statistics usually exhibit significantly lower scores, because the students who have an A based on performance during the semester are not taking it.

It was a pleasure teaching this course: you were an excellent group of students of whom many were engaged every time. Thanks to everyone who participated in class discussion - you make my job a more fun and a easier!

Have a wonderful winter break!

You can get your final grade, as well as exam 5 grade by sending me an email from your murraystate account (so I know it's you), or you can come to one of the office hours below. I will have them done by sometime on Monday.

The final exam is on Thursday at 1:30PM in our usual classroom. It will cover all the semester's material (6 pages, about 1.5 regular exams). The best way to prepare for the final exam is to make sure you can do all the problems on the regular exams. (Solutions to those will be posted soon, and you can practice on the blank exams provided).

Office hours for finals week (starting tomorrow):

Friday, 12:00-4:00
Monday, 9:30-10:30 & 12:45-1:30 & 3:45-4:30
Wednesday, 2:00-4:00
Thursday, 9:30-1:30

Good luck on finals!

I will have your course grades on the following Monday, and you can come to my office to pick up your exam and the final grade. Then you can decide whether to take the final exam. If you cannot make it to school on Monday, send me an email from your murraystate account (so I know it's you) to find out your grade.

Home, 8/25

Section 12.1 has been assigned for homework. Once we are done with 12.2 on Monday, I will assign its homework for Tuesday. Work the problems in those sections in order to be prepared for Monday and Tuesday, when we will look at some of them. Write-ups will be due on Wednesday.

Information on free tutoring was updated to show this semester's schedule. The Lowry center doesn't offer tutoring of Calculus 3, so your best bet is the free tutoring at residential colleges.

Welcome to the course!  Look around to familiarize yourself with the layout of these webpages.  Note that the most important links at right are highlighted.  All documents (homework assignment, solutions to exams, etc.) can be found at the "scores and documents" page.

These pages will get more content as information becomes available.  Check back often: useful information is provided in the "home" section (which you are reading), typically updated weekly.  Homework assignments will be updated when we start a new chapter.
