Each student is assigned a lab drawer at the beginning of the semester.  This drawer contains common equipment required for most scheduled experiments. 

Students are responsible for maintaining the security of the lab drawer, and must pay for any equipment lost, stolen, or broken during the semester.  The lab drawer should be locked at the end of the lab period, and the locker combination should be kept in a safe place.

Students will sometimes be required to check out special equipment at the chemistry stockroom for a specific experiment.  This equipment must be returned at the end of the lab period.

Any student failing to check out of the lab drawer during the designated lab period at the end of the semester will be charged a $25 fee.
