Ingredients

Servings: 10 (3oz serving)

1 (3lb) pork butt

2 Tbsp. onion powder

2 Tbsp. garlic powder

1 Tbsp. black pepper

Directions

1. Preheat over to 350 degrees F.

2. Season the pork butt evenly with onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper; place into a roasting pan.

3. Cook until the pork is no longer pink in the center, about 3 hours. An instant-read themometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F.

4. Mix sauce in with the meat, place 4oz. on each bun.

1/8 (46 fl. oz.) bottle ketchup

2 Tbsp., 1-1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar

1 Tbsp., 3/4 tsp. white sugar

1-3/4 tsp. butter

1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

1 tsp. Texas style hot sauce

Directions:

1. In a saucepan, stir together the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, sugar, butter, red pepper flakes, and hot sauce.

2. Cook over medium heat until butter is melted and the sauce is heated through. Use right away, or store in the refrigerator for up to a month.
