Sugar Snap Peas
1 ½ pounds sugar snap peas
1 Tbsp. olive oil
½ tsp. salt
¾ tsp. pepper
Directions: Remove and discard the stem end and string from each pea pod. Heat the olive poil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add the sugar snap peas, salt, and pepper. Saut; tossing occasionally for 3-5 minutes, until the peas are crisp tender. Sprinkle the peas with sea salt and serve.
