Spiced Apple Cider

2 tsp. whole cloves

2 cardamom pods

2 cinnamon sticks

1 orange peel

1 64-ounce bottle of apple cider

2 cups orange juice

Directions: Place the cloves, cardamom pods, cinnamon sticks and orange peel on the cheesecloth. Pull the corners up, and tie with kitchen string. In a large Dutch oven, combine the cider, orange juice and spice bundle. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 30 to 45 minutes. Remove and discard the spice bundle before serving.
