Course Introduction Page

This is the initial session of the course.  In it, you will familiarize yourself with the structure of the course Web site, the schedule and activities of the course and the navigational system of the course Web site.  You will also supply me with important information and consent, if you choose, for posting your picture and grades to the site.  

In this session, you should:

  1. review the material in the Read Me First link, noting particularly the information on supported software and the expectations relative to Microsoft Access,

  2. navigate around the course Web site with the USERID and PASSWORD provided by the instructor,

  3. familiarize yourself thoroughly with the schedule for the class and the structure of assignments and exercises, 

  4. have your picture taken for posting, with your consent, to the course Roster page (Web students, please send a picture for scanning or attach a digital photo if you have one), and

  5. complete the following form to provide necessary information and consent to the instructor.
